HE JOURNEY OF LIFE COLLAGE |
 |
This collage created by Form 8 Students who were inspired by the loss of our friend, teacher and colleague Ciara Grehan last year. Students worked on this collage during their art class during the past year under the direction and guidance of their art teacher Pam Dolan and also Brid O'Brien.
This collage is called the Journey of life and has a message……
Our lives can be wonderful, a garden full of flowers but we must not forget to be careful of the bee that hides beneath the colourful, scented petals.
We all have journeys in life, the rucksack on our backs, the long windy roads we have to travel…. Many roads to walk, rivers and waters to cross, mountains to climb, but we must not fear as we are not alone.
Our Guardian Angel is close at hand, taking many forms. In this image we see our Guardian Angel as a magnificent dragonfly, strong, reliable and capable of helping us through any obstacles or difficulties along our journey. There to greet us as we reach a golden sunset we can smile in confidence in knowing that we are not alone as we reach our final destination.
